I strongly believe we are what we eat.
For me being a vegan 300 days a year gives me the pleasure of avoiding filling my body with hormones, antibiotics and preservatives.
As I'm not a fanatic with anything in my life, I keep the remaining 60 days of the year to indulge during special occasions, such as Christmas dinner.
After any 'unhealthy' meal, returning to my daily vegan routine, my body feels revitalised - I have more energy, my face glows and I don't feel 'heavy'.
Even my mood changes!
