Allow your body to take a break from preservatives, hormones and antibiotics and stay away from any animal product .

Tips

  • The goji berries are better absorbed by the body if they are blended very well before adding them to the smoothie. 
  • If you want to lose some weight following this 7 week detox programme, avoid eating anything between meals and your last meal should be before 9:00 pm.

For dressing use : 

  • organic apple cider vinegar

  •  lime juice

  • avocado dressing ( blend half avocado with half lime, salt and pepper and one big tbsp of hemp seeds) 

 

Day 1

Breakfast smoothie

1 kiwi, 1 banana, 4 big tbsp goji berries very well blended, 4 big tbsp chia seeds mixed with almond or soya milk.

 

Lunch 

Guacamole (1 big avocado, diced tomatoes half lime juiced, half diced onion , a pinch of garlic, salt and pepper).

You can eat it with gluten free zero fat tortillas or spread on a big thin slice of brown bread.

 

Dinner 

Roasted mushrooms (Portobello or shiitake) with roasted brussels sprouts seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and 2 big spoons of hemp seeds.  You can also spray it with olive oil. 

You can eat as much as you like as both mushrooms are pure protein , no fat, and brussels sprouts are low in calories.

 

Day 2

Breakfast

Smoothie 

1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of blueberries, 4 big tbsp goji berries, 4 big tbsp chia seeds

mixed with almond or soya milk . 

 

Lunch

1 big avocado, 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half, 1 medium cucumber , red onion , 1 cup of corn, salt, pepper, 2 big spoons of hemp seeds - spray with olive oil. 

 

Dinner

300 gr. roasted portobello mushrooms or shiitake, roasted onion, 1 cup scissor cut fresh kale, 6 asparagus cut in small pieces, 2 big spoons of hemp seeds, salt, pepper - spray with balsamic vinegar. 

 

Day 3

Breakfast

Smoothie

1 banana, 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of blueberries or blackberries, 4 big tbsp goji berries 4 big tbsp chia seeds mixed with almond or soya milk.

 

Lunch

1 big roasted big yam, half roasted red onion, 1 cup fresh kale scissor cut, half cup of edamame, salt, pepper, 2 big spoons of hemp seeds and a pinch of garlic . 

 

Dinner

Baby spinach, half cup edamame, a medium cucumber, half red pepper, half yellow pepper, fresh onion, cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of red cabbage, half cup of red kidney beans, salt, pepper, 2 bid tbsp hemp seeds - spray with olive oil .

Dressing: any of the above. 

 

Day 4

Breakfast smoothie 

2 kiwi, 1 banana, 4 big tbsp goji berries, 4 big tbsp chia seeds mixed with almond or soya milk. 

 

Lunch 

1 medium avocado, 3/4 cup of red kidney beans, 2 cups of scissor cut fresh kale, half cup of corn, red onion, salt, pepper, 2 big spoons of hemp seeds - spray with olive oil 

 

Dinner  

Spiralized vegetable noodles with 1 zucchini, 1 big cucumber, 1 big carrot, 1 cup of quinoa, 1 cup of edamame, 1 big tbsp of hemp seeds, half cup of corn, avocado dressing, seasoned with salt and pepper. 

 

Day 5

Breakfast

1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of blackberries, 4 big tbsp of chia seeds soaked in almond milk or soya milk . 

 

Lunch

1 cup of edamame beans, 1 cup of baby spinach or kale, 1 medium avocado, 1 big cucumber, fresh green onion, salt, pepper, 2 big tbsp hemp seeds.

Dressing: any of the above. 

 

Dinner

300 roasted portobello or shiitake  mushrooms, 1 cup of roasted broccoli, 5 roasted asparagus with roasted onion and a pinch of garlic, salt and pepper, 1 big tbsp of hemp seeds - spray with olive oil . 

 

Day 6

Breakfast 

Super food smoothie

Blend 1 kiwi, 1 small cucumber, 1 ripe banana, 1 cup of baby spinach, 1 cup of kale, 1 big spoon of honey . 

 

Lunch 

Roasted zucchini, 1 roasted yam, half roasted red pepper, half roasted yellow pepper with roasted onion, 2 big tbsp hemp seeds salt and pepper, a pinch of garlic . 

 

Dinner 

Cipriani salad

1 big cucumber, 7 cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of corn, red onion, 1 avocado, salt and pepper - spray with olive oil and apple cider vinegar . 

 

Day 7

Breakfast

1 kiwi, 1 cup of raspberries, 1 banana, 4 big tbsp of goji berries (always very well blended), 4 big tbsp chia seeds mixed with almond or soya milk.

 

Lunch

Guacamole with a big portion of organic, gluten free, 0% fat tortillas.

 

Dinner

Mexican salad

1 cup of red kidney beans, 1 cup of corn, 1 cup of edamame beans, 1 medium diced cucumber, salt, pepper, 2 big tbsp of hemp seeds, spray with olive oil and apple cider vinegar .
