YOU WILL NEED:
Organic Greek olive oil
- Dice the avocado and tomatoes into small cubes and place in separate bowls.
- Cut the kale with scissors and place in separate bowl. Add half a tsp of wasabi to the kale.
- Season each bowl with a pinch of Himalaya salt, a sprinkle of Sesame seeds, a squeeze of lime and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve immediately with a side of rye or wholewheat bread.
