10 minutes prep time, 15 minutes to dinner table

YOU WILL NEED:

6-8 cut up pieces of broccoli florets
6-8 pieces of cut up cauliflower florets
1 cup of sliced zucchini
1/2 - 1 clover of garlic
1/2 cut up onion
2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 - 1 cup corn optional
Salt, pepper

Preferably use organic vegetables 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pre-heat oven to 280ºC
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Place on oven tray and roast for about 15 minutes 
  • Remove and serve
